Fog is lifing in the early morning on the course. These large birds are always an interesting sight walking slowly along the edges of the ponds in search of an unsuspecting fish.  As the sunlight begins to shine through the fog, it strikes the feathers of this bird in the painting, causing the highlights of color to come out that would otherwise be seen as just greyish blue.

This is my impression of what it feels like at Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay.  It is my favorite place to golf, swim, and bike, play tennis, walk on the beach, or fish. It is good memories created by a family vacations, or getting together with friends. And, it is a peaceful and lovely place that provides serenity to a busy life.
